Ok, I listened once now.
In the first two rounds I felt tingling sensations around the skin of my feet and legs.
And then it also got warmer in this areas.
The third round my entire body felt wrapped in a pleasant and warm field of energies . .
After the last rounds , I noticed: More opening and less pain and tension in my biggest problem area, my neck
and more breathing space in my chest. There was also a strong warm field of energy in the whole of my inner body space and around it [and it's still continuing to increase.]

The joints recording is awesome...I have certain balance issues [my dance partner and I were laughing so hard this weekend when rehearsing a Waltz because I lost my balance a little at the very beginning and then couldn't stop giggling which made it hard to dance...] and proprioception will help--as well as helping all those joints. Just once through made a difference in my neck tension.
